Dr. Matthew Blondin has
been serving the eye care needs in the Torrington area community since 1979.
He is graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry in 1979. He is both DPA and TPA certified, and
currently offers a complete range of eye care services including blood
pressure screening and glaucoma testing. His office is quipped with the
latest in computer technology including the Marco Automated Refracting
System.
Dr. Blondin provides a full service eyewear
